Pros

The flexability is great, especially if you have a family.

Cons

Very low pay, no advancement, upper management treats RM's as though they should be miracle workers, not appreciated at all, when you treat their product with respect, and try to make it appear visualy appealing to customers, very few hours are allowed for RM's to do their very best on the job which is a joke! It simply can't be done!

Pros

My co-workers were great. Its a fun job most of the time. Very accommodating when you need time off. Good job if you are in school.

Cons

No benefits for part timers. When you work hard to set the product to picture and you come in the next day and it has been changed. Why put any effort into anything when they change it the next day anyway? They don't pay enough. No raise in 2009.

Pros

Overall, easy job, I worked for a corporate store, and we were all a happy family until corporate closed our store.

Cons

The regulars were older, and stubborn. Product offering changed very often, and confused consumers.
