Pros

I love the people at Hallmark...they are bright, friendly, accepting and collaborative. We also create great products that help people connect with other people. They have competitive salaries, good benefits and have corporate values I believe in. You will never be asked to do anything unethical.

Cons

Company performance is not great right now and senior management doesn't seem to understand that you can't fix declining sales by raising prices

Great company to work for if looking for part time

Pros

The ability to almost always design your own schedule is great. Flexibility to go to appointments, vacations, etc. You are always on the move, never bored. Around the holidays you gain more hours and get to work on seasonal, which is a change if pace.

Cons

Part time positions only. However, depending on how many stores you service, you can get more pay.

Working every Saturday and the Black Friday and Christmas hours during the holiday were tough.
