Pros

The schedule is somewhat flexible depending on the type of account you have.

Cons

They did not give us a raise for a couple of years. They took away our paid vacation. They do not offer insurance,401k or company email. They start most people out at minimum age. They attempt to get rid of people that have a higher salary by cutting their hours to about 3 hours a week. They hope this will make them quit. Then they can rehire someone at minimum wage.

Pros

Flexible hours and that is the only thing

Cons

No consistent hours, very low pay raises, TA can write you up for mistakes you made over a year to keep you in line, difficulty following rules of store management and Hallmark policies at the same time, holiday setup completely disorganized, customer complaints about high card prices, and constant unnecessary revisions.

Pros

Flexible hours. Tends to be a very low stress job, even if it is a bit boring.

Cons

You don't get many hours, pay tends to be very low. No benefits. During holidays you will work every day, even if only for hour or two.
