Pros

As someone who goes to college, they are always willing to work with my schedule. I am always kept busy with constant tasks and projects to do with the constant rotation of holiday's.

Cons

As someone who goes to college and pays out of pocket for classes, my current hourly wage is not enough to cover one class fully. It is normal for people working at Hallmark to be retired and looking for something to pass the time, or a college student who is still living with their parents (and sometimes even working two or three jobs on top of Hallmark). You will learn that you are their for the ease of the work and the customers and not the pay or the company.
