Pros

Day time hours, always on the move, excellent work life balance, pretty flexible

Cons

Not enough time allotted for work that needs to be done, too much wear and tear on personal vehicles and certainly not compensated fairly for using our own vehicle, upper management really needs to get out in the field more, supervisors play favoritism, absolutely no room for advancement whatsoever..

Pros

Flexibility of hours and working unsupervised. Nice for retirees or working Moms who require a short day.

Cons

Demanded I work 5 days a week even if it meant only working an hour or 2 some days. Very low hourly pay for physically demanding work. Unrealistic corporate policies which were not practical in the field Being forced to work long days on installations on short notice and sometimes very far from home. Not enough time allotted to get the job done properly at some accounts.

Pros

Excellent master artists to work with, health plan, flex time, great co-workers, wonderful work campus

Cons

the company can't keep up in a modern, paperless world and work environment is unstable and always shifting, constant layoffs, two-facedness among senior staff. Perks like "ice cream afternoons" just a ploy to distract from the long hours and double/triple workloads the staff expects you to do to keep the company afloat and the constant blame senior staff places on employees for a sinking ship. Don't expect to be there long if they haven't moved completely to freelancing out by now- massive layoffs were 2-3 times a year.
