      Pros

      -Genuinely has a flat structure and all senior leaders care about the company -Most colleagues similar age and share ambitious mentality - Positive signs that Halo's progression will continue in the future -Challenging but rewarding work -Graduates are treated very well and there's no reason you can't progress as a new starter -Social side of the job is reflected by the relaxed but hardworking culture- 'work hard play hard' -Financial reward for age is reasonable

      Cons

      -Currently in smaller town -Pay progression could be slightly better when you look at industry rates, but I'm sure this will have to improve in current years in order to retain talent
