      Someone Finally Bought Us from Private Equity

      Pros

      We no longer are owned by private equity- they were horrible and didn't put any money into our fleet for 8 years. Hampel has come in and is investing back into the business and growing it.

      Pros

      Seen some of the negative comments on here but my experience has been really good. Don't have to work many weekends and plenty of hours if you want them. Job is challenging with all of the different products we handle but is manageable.

      Cons

      Don't love driving in DFW traffic but would have to do that with any company I work for.

      Pros

      Brought on a lot of new trucks since I've been here in the last three years. Get weekends off for the most part and there are a lot of extra hours if you are willing to work.

      Would like to see a higher 401k match which is at 3% right now
