Pros
PTO to hourly associates provided you work full time. An interesting approach to foodservice, that would be commendable if the staffing situation wasn't a huge kink in it.
Cons
PTO benefits unexplained, many kids and young adults who work there are unaware of their benefits and time off. Yearly raises/reviews are inconstant. High turnover rate, however new associates are often hired at higher rates than longtime, reliable associates who have been there for several years. Promotion from associate to associate trainer doesn't instantly mean a raise in pay. -Pay scaling is a mess, with many associate trainers making less than the people they've trained. Upper Management turnover is high, Hanover Panera has had 5 gm's in as many years. The same management team I was hired with 6 years ago, is mostly gone, with only two managers left, out of 5-7
