      Pros

      In some stores, I had a great support team. In other stores, every day was a struggle. Supportive, understanding, and involved management can make any job fun.

      Cons

      For what the job entailed, the pay was completely inadequate. 300$ a week barely pays the bills. The benefits were absolutely terrible, one week of vacation until you hit 5 years of service! On top of that, as an assistant manager, you're constantly on call. The supervisors call you at all hours for help, and you've got to be there. You assume the role of the manager when they're gone, but reap none of the benefits.

      Pros

      They recognize you when you go above and beyond. at your annual review you have the opportunity to promote your strong points and set goals for the next year. Your raise or bonus coincides with the quality of your work. Every storm has an associate relations manager so you have an option if you aren't comfortable speaking with your supervisor. If you want to work outside of pharmacies there are lots of opportunities.

      Cons

      The schedule only posts on thursday for the week starting Sunday (3 days) hard to make any kind of plans. There is no such thing as a set schedule or posting at least 3 weeks out! They want you to have open availability.
