Very poor management from PIC all the way up to district manager. Favoritism and unfair working conditions makes me want to leave. Base pay is by far the lowest in the state of Maine for pharmacists.

Time moves very slow. A four hour shift feel like it takes an eternity. Waves of customers come in very inconsistent patterns. This inconsistency makes cleaning all of the machines at the end of the night a challenge. If a customer comes in at 10:45 (we close at 11:00) and we have already cleaned all the slicers we have to cut the meat for them then re clean the machine. I understand that sometimes people may only be able to go grocery shopping late at night because of a job or other commitments. All that I am trying to say, is that slicing a pound of shaved turkey, ten minutes before you are suppose to clock out, is a con.
