Co-workers, teamwork within the modalities

Cons

Management shows favoritism, management also does not listen to their staff about the things that would make their job better and a little easier, these are things that have been going on at Harbin Clinic for years. Unfortunately it is a problem that starts at the top and works his way down to the department managers.

The team is fantastic to work with and hang out with outside of work. There is no gate keeping of roles and/or tasks, so there is ample opportunity for learning.

Cons

Subpar pay-scale for the area. Lots of driving required to different locations Certain providers can be difficult to work with.

If you stand up for yourself nothing gets done about the situation but you get fired then deemed non rehire because you didn’t work a notice but you were fired do you couldn’t
