Pros

Some doctors and co workers made it easier to stick around

Cons

EVERYTHING, they lie and are sneaky as hell. I was there for a year and we were promised a bonus 3-4 times the whole year i was there an never saw one up until i put my 2 weeks notice just to get fired a week before i was supposed to be gone but they were very sneaky about their choice of words saying i didnt get fired they “let me resign early” and one of the reasons was cause they “heard” i was going to call out that week (which wasnt true) , then come to find out they finally give everyone bonuses on the day that was supposed to be my last day🙃 funny how that works out. Thats not even the worst of it. They will literally over work you and not care about your mental health i almost passed out one day from stress.you can work your hardest and do what they say but its not enough if the ceo isnt happy then were not doing our jobs right. They fired 99% of the nurses who work from home and left the MA’s to pick up the slack with out a raise and proper training. They dont listen to the employees. Some of hr will get snappy with you too They dont make money decisions. I originally joined because they had a “vision” that was supposed to focus on patient care instead theyve turned into an ordinary arc and arc just might be better than them. Do not work here unless you are super desperate. Working at the gas station would save your sanity more than this place.

Pros

Management and team but other than that this place is not going to support you or provide the resources needed.

Cons

• Lack of proper training and resources, leaving employees unprepared. • No real opportunities for growth or advancement. • Poor communication between leadership and staff. • High turnover due to unrealistic expectations. • Pay and benefits are not competitive for the workload. • Promises made during hiring are not kept.
