      Pros

      Compared to any previous company culture that I have been apart of, Harris has been a breath of fresh air. Values are truly lived with the #1 value being "Respect of the individual". It is an extremely progressive and exciting place to work where, if you work hard, because of the business constantly evolving and growing, opportunities for development are plentiful! Harris really does look after its employees. A highly recommended employer of choice for a multitude of reasons!

      Pros

      Great Welcoming Community, Excellent Product, Rewarding Work, Benefits, and Work/Life Balance. Super diverse group of brilliant people worldwide that are all aligned to achieve the same goal of excellence for our clients.

      Cons

      Time Zones, working across multiple time zones can be challenging, but Harris & Management are both kind and fair allowing for flexibility. Multiple Multi-Factor Identification apps for various clients, we must keep track of many, many usernames & access methods.

      I found defiant challenges and a supportive team. The Harris core values are an invaluable guide and a permanent reference.
