      Pros

      The people are the best part of this job. Friday breakfasts are a nice perk as well as a good rewards program.

      Cons

      There is a constant shift in direction that seems to be reactive rather than pro-active. This company needs to get better at making plans ahead.

      Pros

      Harris Computer has an incredibly supportive environment that encourages growth and collaboration. Management is approachable and genuinely cares about the team’s success.The manager I work under, has a very supportive and empowering leadership style—he provides clear direction, trusts his team, and helps us improve through constructive feedback. Overall, it’s been a great place to work so far.

      Cons

      It’s still too early to point out any major cons. So far, my experience has been very positive and I haven’t encountered anything significant to mention yet.
