Harris offers consistent strategy & effective tactics for corporate growth targets. Execution is evaluated monthly using standardized KPIs. Support and direction is available. Managerial courage is rewarded.

Cons

Companies acquired are in need of turn-around. Developing new lines of revenue while extending the current maintenance and support revenue is the key for long term viability of individual business units. New development is not a core strength at Harris.
