Pros
I have been hired from the campus Placements. It was the last company to visit my campus and no one of us heard of it but they were quite clear on their website that they want people having the best knowledge in their fields.
So , they interviewed us on Java(for development) and Linux(for manage services)
Aptitude test was fine, having four sections
1. English
2. Aptitude
3. JAVA
4. OS/ Networking
Talking about the pros.
-> Helping Staff members
-> Short staff but all of them are experienced in their fields (5-6 years minimum)
-> Company is on Expansion mode
-> Benefits, Salary, and Timings(10-6) Everything is perfect.
-> If you see any problem, you can easily reach out to higher authorities
-> Proper training
Cons
To be frank I don't find any Cons in the company.
Happy to be a part of it.
