As long as it was with Hashmap, the experience was good. The integration spoilt it.

Cons

After the integration with NTT Data, the process went terribly with firing and no project allocation.

As a cloud data engineer I got a really great opportunity to work on trending techs like snowflake, GCP and tools like Nifi, talend etc. Below are the pros: Mangers are really good with their work. Will get opportunity to work latest Trending techs. Management is employee friendly. Snacks and Lunch facility for all employees. Appraisal is also good based on your performance.

Cons

There are few cons about hashmap earlier related to managing on bench resources, but now they have came up with competency managment team who always guid, encourage for doing POCs or certification in case if you get on bench (which is rare).
