Pros

can learn a lot from peers and colleagues, flexible hours, good benefits and pension matching, training.

Cons

not flexible on remote work/ 5 days in office, management is too busy spending money monitoring you and roam safety vs promoting the right talent or attracting the right talent, losing good workers to competitors.

Pros

Interesting projects, opportunity to work with some pretty smart people.

Cons

New grad compensation is decent, but quickly falls below market for experience level. The way to actually get paid here is to become a shareholder, but the process is very opaque and seems to favour the head office in Ontario. If you don't get in as a shareholder, there's no real path to being compensated for skills & experience.
