Location, benefits, and maybe pay

Cons

You feel bad for the patients because we never have any supplies, and our equipment is always broken. Patients wait in admissions for hours until they can get on the unit. Understaffed all the time, and they don't work as teams with other departments. The CULTURE IS HORRIBLE—lots of people who are rude with attitude and don't want to work.
