12 hr shifts Good pay Nice renovated facility Good accrual rate for PTO

Cons

Poor staffing ratios High staff turn over due to burn out While taking care of a large assignment of dual diagnosis patients, typical day shift sees 6 discharged and admissions per day that have to be completed as well as normal nursing duties of psychiatric and detoxing patient.

You get paid for NOT doing your job. I love it. Plus, I get to goof off the entire day.

Cons

I like getting paid for doing a poor job, but when I did a really lousy job, management only gave me a 10% bonus.
