Having said all of that the program is not perfect. It is now 5yrs in the making and improving all the time, but there are a few flaws with how it is structured currently. You are to manage customer interactions between your sales team and prospected clients from in the store to purchasing appointment. You are the sole entity in your store representing a corporate program. A program that is heavily emphasized by corporate to be successful and build tickets, but relies on one person at each store to nearly micromanage 10 sales people at a time. The only thing that will make this operation a success in your store is your managers involvement. Your manager needs to help you track and monitor interactions, make sure that sales are getting accurate information to help you help the customer, make sure that sales are following up their customer, and act as a displinarian or judge when matters need sorting out.
