      Pros

      Overall pay and benefits. They try to move people up quickly if possible. They give out good bonuses.

      Cons

      Amount of hours expected to be at work even in the winter when time were slower. Mandatory Saturday's. Salaried employees were expected to scoop the owners driveways before going to work.

      This is a great place to start your construction career. Home every night with your family and great compensation and benefits.

      Pros

      Tight knit crews, promote within, motivated workforce, continuing education and development, wide work experience, "do all" mentality, self improvement and accountability.

      Cons

      Bullish attitudes, heavy workload, working Saturdays. Very easy to step on toes of superintendents and get "blacklisted" from the best crews and jobs
