Thank you so much for your kind words and five-star review! We’re thrilled to hear that you feel supported by your team lead and have the clinical freedom to choose the best treatment approaches for your clients—both are pillars of our model and central to the work we do. We also appreciate your feedback about benefits. It’s something we continue to evaluate as we grow, and insights like yours help guide those ongoing conversations. We’re grateful to have you on the team and appreciate all that you bring to your clients and colleagues.

Just Don’t

Pros

Nothing is a Pro here.

Cons

Everything about this company became a nightmare after they sold out to venture capitalists and hired ex Amazon executives to run the business. All of the top management has no comprehension whatsoever of behavior healthcare. Therapists considering working here- as other former employees here have stated, you can do better elsewhere. There is nothing that makes this company competitive for therapists. They are no different than community behavioral health centers.

We are confident in the direction of our clinical model, which is centered on ethical care delivery, a salaried compensation structure, and the expectation that clinicians consistently meet 25 billed hours per week. Most of our team do so reliably, and we are proud of the high-quality care that results from that consistency. We strongly disagree with the characterization that there is "nothing to offer"—our model includes competitive pay, benefits, and the support necessary to allow clinicians to focus on what matters most: client care. This is not a model built for complete autonomy, but for structure, collaboration, and accountability. We understand that this isn’t the right environment for everyone, and we respect your decision to move on.
