We’re proud to offer a remote clinical model supported by strong infrastructure, a collaborative team environment, and reliable IT systems—all designed to allow clinicians to focus on client care. We also want to be clear: our compensation structure—including bonuses—is tied to well-defined, achievable expectations, most notably 25 billed hours per week. The majority of our clinicians meet or exceed this standard, and many successfully earn bonuses as a result. This is not a “bait and switch,” but a performance-based model communicated from the outset. While we understand that our approach may not be the right fit for everyone, we remain committed to a model that balances clinician support, client access, and ethical care delivery.
