Pros

Lots of great people who care about the work they do…they aren’t set up to be successful.

Cons

Used to be a great place to work but has lost its way. The behaviors that are tolerated at the org are unprofessional and shouldn’t be tolerated….eye rolling, speaking to others rudely, making disparaging remarks..from VPs and above. Management style is outdated. Little room for advancement.

Pros

Pay is $18/hour. Nice people.

Cons

Training was horrible. Trainers were nice but training software didn't work, had to join sessions on my phone. Computer equipment was broken-VOIP phone didn't work, monitor was broken. I had to miss hours of training since I was working with IT trying to solve why I couln't join the classes from home-faulty software. I was one of many that experienced these problems. Once I started the position, I couldn't reach a manager if there was question while I was attending to a customer-manager would call back-15 minutes later after I resolved the issue as best I could. Any call you answer could be questions about at least 75 different scenarios, meaning you have to look up the answers in the electronic training manual while on the phone and keep to a 2 minute hold time. Sometimes the answers are in the manual-but not all the time-so you can search for something that isn't there. Madness.

Pros

A paycheck when needed. Experience if you don't have any. It's a well-known company in the business.

Cons

It's a call center. I do not like any aspect of working at a call center. The micromanagement. The fact that although you're working from home, you're stuck to your chair for 8 hours. ( this is soooo unhealthy) think dementia Alzheimer overweight etc... This was my first experience at a call center and would not work for one again in any capacity.
