      PTO, parking, events, training, location

      Cons

      Unprofessional staff, will crumble and rip your personal belongings and downtalk you. Little to no management and organizational skills. 5 minutes in an 8 hour day to use the restroom, which is illegal. Stopped paid lunch and bonuses once they were acquired. HR is advocate of management, not employees and does not try to resolve issues when brought to her attention. Expects a large output of work, but will refuse to compensate you appropriately. Inconvenient hours, changes everyday.

      Management (that came from the parent/sister company, which is in a completely different industry) used harassment and intimidation to try to push sales employees to meet aggressive, ridiculously unrealistic sales goals. Every sales employee was miserable and was under great pressure, even if they were successful. Management never listened to seasoned industry employees when they tried to offer advice on how move the company forward. The company will fail because of these issues which is a shame as they offered a few good services to their clients and members. Do not even consider working here.
