Thank you for taking the time to share you experience as a research associate with us. I understand that communicate between departments can be tough, especially when everyone has a multitude of different tasks they are working on. Unfortunately our departments don’t always get the chance to build relationships with one another outside of collaborating on workload. To promote stronger interdepartmental connections, we host fun events, parties, and volunteer opportunities for all employees to attend and interact within. On the other hand, I am happy to hear that your coworkers and supervisors were great! Our teams work to create a culture of recognition, which it seems was prevalent in your department.
