      Good afternoon, I appreciate you taking the time to fill this out and provide some insight to your experience. I am happy that you have had a great experience with your coworkers, our team really does go above and beyond for one another. I wish your experiences with management were better - I am not sure which role you were in, but we do provide Work From Home options to a multitude of our employees - I can personally attest to a significant amount of our employees working from home during even the most minor of snow storms - let alone 2-3 feet of snow. I am genuinely interested in hearing more about your experience here. Specifically, I would be interested in learning more about what employees need to do their job that we do not provide - as there is a chance we could change that going forward.       It was n easy job to get.

      Everything else. We were overworked and bossed around rudely by tyrannical management.

      Thank you for taking the time to provide us with this feedback. I am sorry that your overall experience with us was not great. Working in a high-volume environment can be stressful and overwhelming at times, especially during our busiest seasons. I see that you listed yourself as a current employee, but you mention being here 4 years ago, so I am not sure if you’re still here or not. However, I want to share with you that we have revamped our recruiting strategies and processes, we are constantly hiring and looking to bulk up our team to reduce the workload for others. I can only hope that we will continue to do so throughout 2019 and that your experience (if you are still here) is much more positive this time around.       Thank you for taking the time to leave us this feedback. I agree that the work we do here really does matter. We impact so many lives on a daily basis, we help those who may have felt hopeless, and we appreciate your contribution to that mission and our purpose. However, I do have to disagree with you that our operations quotas are arbitrary. We make competitive commitments to our members and our clients, and as you know, our quotas directly correlate with providing the best service to our members - without them we would cease to have a job to do to begin with.
