Pros

My salary was competitive and I liked the other members of my team. I got to work on some interesting projects. There were many perks to working here in the beginning, but these decreased over time.

Cons

Micromanagement. Bullying and aggression from upper management. Favoritism. Inconsistent application of rules across team members. Inability to plan ahead, even for annual recurring projects resulting in unnecessary stress and last minute scrambling. Management often unavailable making it difficult for you to do your job. Lack of communication.

Pros

Coach supervisors share helpful client information with the coaches when they have it.

Cons

Client information is often missing and/or outdated and the wellness coaches are left to issue internal work tickets for the information to be found. This process can take multiple work days, leaving coaches with a plethora of client call-backs, on top of their other job duties, once the information is known. Also, the wellness coach job description does not contain specific wording to inform potential coach applicants that a majority of the job is for repetitive technical support issues, involving documentation and client follow-up, rather than providing wellness coaching for a healthy lifestyle.

Pros

You will get a paycheck after you work your designated shifts.

Cons

The paycheck you get may or may not be correct and it may take several days/weeks to get it corrected. This company looks out for itself - they will never care about you the employee, Your managers will lie and tell you one thing and do another behind your back. (Do not give 2 weeks notice here. They will promise to pay your vacation time and you'll never see it. You've been warned - you just can't be the good guy here).
