Very flexible and good benefits

Cons

Way too many calls for a call center , not enough staff to cover calls, only two 10 min breaks, no raises, burnout will happen quickly and easily

Pros

great coworkers, supervisors very understanding when you need to call out, fully remote.

Cons

No matter what you think the job description means or what they say in the interview, you are not conducting research. Job title should be changed to patient navigator. You are on the phone ALL day long and calls are tracked. if you step away from your computer for a break you will be questioned. Awful pay for mind numbing tasks.
