      Generous PTO and some flexibility with hours

      Cons

      Long hours stuck sitting at a desk, extreme micromanagement, LOW pay and almost non existent raises, horribly understaffed and management keeps increasing workload to almost impossible demands. HR protects the higher ups and their semi abusive behavior. Employees are treated as disposable. It’s like a bad version of junior high. Serious communication issues.
