High stress - heavy work load

Pros

- Good pay for working remote - Plenty of OT opportunities

Cons

- Insane work load: expected to take at least 17 calls a day, most of which are high risk and crisis intervention, emotionally exhausting - Required to work on call shifts for a week at a time on top of your regular schedule: experience on call was very rough, lots of calls, very stressful

Pros

The ONLY pro is good PTO…and my coworkers.

Cons

Too many but better since working from home. Very micromanaged even though supervisors, with the exception of one, know nothing. Employees are the ones keeping this company afloat but there is ZERO appreciation or acknowledgment. During open enrollment they will throw people on the phones, to help other departments, even if you aren’t trained to do so. Don’t think members would really appreciate that. They think they are speaking to someone that can actually help and is knowledgeable in that area. It’s actually the complete opposite and that is scary.

Cons

Management is the worst especially the Vice Presidents. It’s there way or no way. They time you every minute of the day. The director cannot explain any reason why things are done because she is just a puppet. Promises are made but never kept.
