Pros

Some free stuff. Easy job to get out of college.

Cons

Everything else. Exploitative work environment. They stock their intake department with temps every busy season with the false promise that it's a temp to perm job. It wasn't anything of the sort. They pick favorites within the first week, put them in easy queues while everyone else is overworked. It was horrible and this isn't even mentioning how bad the training and management was.

Pros

My actual job was fine, my co-workers were great, my direct supervisor was great.

Cons

The benefits are not good, the senior management is awful and unwilling to change, it is a very toxic environment that does not promote growth or advancement at all. I ended up quitting due to extreme stress from upper management.

Pros

Services and products are valuable to clients and members. Front line advocates do great work in responding to member needs.

Cons

West Management is not forthcoming with information. Management did not welcome input from employees.
