Thanks for your thoughtful review and advice. As a leadership team, we have had to make difficult decisions to balance long-term sustainability with short-term realities of the market. The strategy includes thoughtfully addressing the dual importance of both our technology and our services to our overall company growth. I hope you were able to share your thoughts and perspectives. I am wishing you all the best for your future endeavors. Best, Dan Burton

Thanks for your thoughts. I agree that we have had changes in our strategic focus as we navigate market realities, including a pandemic, record-high inflation, health system economic pressures, and more. I’m grateful we have successfully found a way to continue delivering on our mission with our clients as our partners. Finally, I acknowledge the difficulty associated with the need to reduce our team member base, which cumulatively has affected around 10% of our total workforce during the past few months. While we needed to make reductions in some areas of the company, we’ve also been grateful to see meaningful growth and expansion in our team member base in other areas of the company, like Tech Enabled Managed Services. Our team member base has actually meaningfully grown in terms of total team members in each of the past six years, including 2023. For example, in 2023 we went from 1,242 team members at the beginning of 2023 to 1,390 at the end of 2023, even after the team member reduction that occurred in Q4 of 2023, representing a net increase of 12% in total team members. I am excited about our future growth and direction as we see our end market financial pressure subsiding and our offerings continuing to offer differentiated value to clients. Thanks for your more than three years of contributions to our success! Best, Dan Burton

Thanks for your review. I’m glad we are living up to our operating principle of transparency. We will continue to prioritize base salary increases for team members in this planning cycle and future planning cycles, consistent with team member feedback about this important component of compensation. We appreciate your more than three years of contributions to our success. Best, Dan Burton
