Pros

Great management team, most people care about the work they are doing, GREAT hours. Company holidays are great, very active in trying to keep the morale up for employees.

Cons

As with most employers there are always a few people that move up before they're ready, not everyone hired is cut out for the work so they get bounced from team to team to try to save their jobs.

Pros

There were plenty of positive things to say prior to 2016. Now, it's a struggle to find any positive feedback.

Cons

Centene purchased this company and changed the morale and culture. Their HQ is in Missouri and they are not open to new ideas or new approaches to processes or standards. Great long term employees forced out instead of looking at their value.

Pros

You will learn a lot especially if you're willing and hardworking. Very generous with paid time off(at least before it was bought by Centene).

Cons

Management separates themselves from regular employees. If you will get promoted as a Supervisor or Manager, they will tell you upfront that you cannot hangout with your coworkers anymore at work if they are your friends. Favoritism is very obvious at the Membership Department. The people that get promoted are their friends or other manager's friends and relatives. While they say they cannot give their employees a raise, you will notice that they keep promoting their favorites almost every year. Also, the Membership Department is known for managers that micro-manage and is know for being a grade school kind of managing.
