Pros

Friendly co-workers My supervisor was helpful and willing to assist most of the time .

Cons

Low pay for a lot of stress. Medicaid line of business. Experienced a lot of unhappy customers who would call and release their frustration on reps. Not all calls were bad but the ones that were could ruin your day. You need thick skin to work here.. Heavy turn around.
