Too much micro-managing. Supervisors are lazy and only care about themselves, wont really invest in you or help you grow. Same crap, different day. Every day is the same thing, even the questions and what you say. If youre someone that is looking to grow in your position and move up in the company this place will get you stuck with the false promise that it will happen but more slowly and miserably than you would expect due to how bad their customer base is. Members are emotionally ABUSIVE. If you already struggle with mental health issues, dont work here.
