Pros

Working from home. Autonomy in patient care. Some great coworkers. Job security. Good job for someone who doesn't need supervision or training (not entry level).

Cons

Too much work, management out of touch with employees & play favorites. Poor IT support & internal programs. Benefits are expensive, then hard to find doctors who will take Health Net, because of low or slow reimbursement.

Salary is decent. Benefits are decent minus parking you pay and health insurance premiums. Gym credit for working out is motivating. Some work from home opportunities.

Cons

No regards for human life regarding members, benefits, premium increases, rate setting. Didn't set own employees plans up correctly and cheated during ACA set up then asked for forgiveness and it was granted. Over an hour wait for provider and customer service. Stock driven not member driven. Drops all providers and hospitals with value that expect to be paid a normal rate. Introduced contracts withholding provider payouts until end of year. Doesn't support Sales with viable selling profits. WholeCare? HoleCare? Least creative bunch ever.
