Pros

Best job EVER to sit around watching movies, listening to music, and shopping online all day. The laziest of them all can earn very easy money to do absolutely nothing but trying to find ways to keep yourself occupied while other people do the work.

Cons

Wake up and stop wasting money on unnecessary employees. HN can be profitable for everybody if you just clean house and pay attention on who is performing and who is getting away with doing nothing at all. Sick and tired of having a great work ethic when others are being paid doing nothing.

Pros

Decent benefit package, vacation time accrual and salary for the area.

Cons

Terrible systems performance. IT group outsourced and client services is not the best. Lack of communication between management and contributors. Lack of telecommuting options.

Cons

Poor and micromanaging management, poor strategy, capped income, poor employee retention, antiquated technology, uncompetitive product line, uncompetitive fringe benefits, not a good integration with Centene, and long commutes.
