Pros

Company culture, while dysfunctional in many ways, was generally very supportive of the individual. I have enjoyed my coworkers and my team.

Cons

The Centene acquisition looks like it might really disassemble a lot of the good bits of Health Net in Woodland Hills. As Centene culture is imposed, I think it could get a lot less enjoyable to work here.

Management No training Expectations are created out of nowhere and you are expected to meet goals based on expectations that you didn't know about. Several supervisors in our dept micromanage and speak down to you Unless you are friends with a supervisor don't expect fair treatment.
