Business Outlook
Pros
A company with bright co-workers, interesting and meaningful work, and support to advance your education. The company seems to have solid financials and are growing their business and employee base steadily. I was concerned about the reviews I read on Glassdoor about the bullying and harassment before I started here, but I haven't seen any behavior like that. Either they cleaned up their act or cleared out the people acting like that.
Cons
Decision making should be delegated further into departments. Health benefits are typical of companies of their size. That's all I've seen so far.
