- Good IT infracstructure/facilities - Opportunities to get an insight into the healthcare industry - Quickly become an expert in medical diagnosis, reading lab reports and X-ray images

Cons

- Micromanaging management - You're on your own since day 1 - Extremely high employee turnover - Rampant favoritism for the boss's pets - Minimal employee engagement / team bonding activities - Politics / Backstabbing / Lying seen everywhere from entry level to senior management - Extremely low pay, since the company is not making much money - Not recommended for women, despite it being a women-owned business, for obvious reasons

Very little work-life balance promoted by management - for example some managers do not seem to care that staff worked a 60-hour week to work on or finish a project; some managers are very abusive to staff; high turn-over of staff; very little opportunity for professional growth; micro-management pervasive throughout the organization
