Pros

Learned software and various database applications.

Cons

You have to learn everything on your own to be successful. It is a sink or swim environment.

Thanks for your feedback. While HSAG is a fast-paced environment, we do not expect our employees to walk in the door knowing everything. Training is not only available, it is mandatory. We are glad that you learned some new programs and database applications during your time here. Those are valuable skills in our line of work! NOTE: We are very troubled by the persistent negative reviews being posted on Glassdoor. We realize that user-driven social platforms like this invite criticism, particularly when anonymity is guaranteed. These defamatory reviews simply do not reflect the true nation of HSAG. However, we appreciate the feedback and are actively working to ensure that current employees are satisfied with their jobs, feel valued by peers and management, see opportunities for growth and promotion, have access to training, believe HSAG to be an ethical, responsible organization, and feel appreciated by executive leadership.

Pros

1) Employee Appreciation 2) Annual raises 3) Lots of promotions 4) Good people 5) Nice facility and supplies (everything is really high quality) 6) Helpful IT service 7) Flexible with PTO and hours you want to work 8) Great benefits

Cons

1) Distance between Executive Management and regular employees 2) Lots of older people (late 50s-60s) who work slowly and not always efficiently (they are working on hiring younger people) 3) Parking on the roof (depends on your pay grade I think) 4) It can get kind of quiet which would creep me out sometimes. I got some dirty looks for screaming one time because my coworker sprayed me with silly string. I worked with different departments; some are playful and laid back and others can be more stern.

We appreciate you sharing your thoughts on HSAG and are glad you had a positive experience with us. We work hard to create an environment where our staff members feel valued and appreciated! Thank you for your advice to management regarding mingling more with staff. That is certainly a goal of our Executive Management Team, and we are always seeking more avenues for EMT to engage with staff members around the organization.

HSAG / FMQAI one in the same.

Pros

It does not take long for an associate to learn that this is not the place to work.

Cons

Senior management lacks business ethics and will compromise integrity, quality and associates to increase their bottom line. They are a leach on the belly of CMS that will lie to government officials to secure new contracts or renew existing contracts. HSAG / FMQAI senior and mid-level management are verbally abusive to subordinates.

At HSAG/FMQAI, we value input from our team. As a current employee, we would have liked to hear about your concerns internally so that we could have an opportunity to address them. HSAG/FMQAI have an extensive and extraordinarily positive relationship with CMS; this relationship is built on trust, integrity, and a track record of outstanding performance. We secure and retain contracts exclusively based on the hard work and expertise of our team! It is unfortunate to hear that your experience with mid- and senior-level management has not been positive. We expect our leaders to be professional at all times and behavior as you have described is not tolerated. I encourage you to contact our HR team to raise your concerns formally so that we can take action as needed.
