Pros

Great place to grow and learn. Competitive Salaries. Excellent benefits. The company has money and contracts, it will not be going out of business soon.

Cons

Lots of spoiled people that complain and are pre-madonnas. The company passes problem employees from one department to another instead of terminating.

It is enjoyable to go into the office each day. Staff has come together as a team at this location, as well as working with the other offices as part of a larger team.

HSAG is a growing company with a lot of opportunity for growth. I feel valued as an employee with a great deal of autonomy. My opinions, concerns and views are listened to and addressed. I feel challenged and encouraged to grow professionally.

Cons

HSAG has felt some growing pains but strives to improve as an organization. Working in multiple states with several remote positions can cause communication challenges.
