This is a group of people who are miserable and unhappy. The misery starts at the top and trickles down. Very few people smile or say hello to each other. The top management sit among the employees and can be heard discussing employees and company problems.Recently the CEO was overheard summarily dismissing some managers from a meeting while in the same breath saying that those staying would need to be prepared to discuss employees and what they are charging their time to and what they can prove they did while they charged their time. This was not the first time employees sitting near by were able to hear him speak of employees like they were disposable as his whim. There is no one to voice HR concerns to, because the HR manager is unable to keep personal conversations confidential and is too busy trying to get on the good side of management. Project directors are too busy answering to the CEO and corporate office to deal with day to day employee concerns There are employees working who have no idea what their role in the company is or what their job title is. There is little management and no leadership.
