Flexible schedule, actually seem to care about well being of their employees, although with the pay being so horrible it makes the blow somewhat softer.

Cons

Horrible pay, extremely low-below industry standard by at least $10 per hour

Another big corporation trying to use you as much as possible with very low compensation

Schedule flexibility is the only pro

Cons

Very low, below industry standard salary. No raise in 5yrs, not even cost of living increase. Your PTO comes with the caveat that you need to ask your colleagues to cover you in addition to their own work for zero compensation.
