One of the best companies I have ever worked for. My salary is a little lower than before but I have never worked for someone who really cares about their employees. I have all the support I could ever want or need

Flexible schedule. Competent and friendly support staff.

Cons

Poor milage reimbursement. Facilities visited often do not provide required transport support getting residents to the provider. No raises in salary annually. There is a formula used to calculate your income based on your production. If it’s higher than your base daily rate, that is what you receive.
