Pros

Great place to work! People genuinely care for you. It is NOT a cut throat environment, very collaborative. My favorite is that I felt like an important person at this company. The upper management wants to hear the opinions of their employees and actively tries to improve the work environment.

Cons

It is difficult to befriend people on the operations side if you're on the corporate side because the two offices are physically separated.

Pros

Services we offer to the elderly are so important. Although staffing has changed recently, it is for the good. Returning management does a good job with retraining and keeping the drama to a minimum. Vacation time is great.

Cons

No 401k match. RT 9 traffic.

Pros

I have worked here full time for 5 years. The company has been respectful.Granted me bereavement time and vacation time. Rescheduled my days when I had the flu! Two managers (my regional and the GM), I've consulted with have been extremely professional and instrumental in my work. The company puts the resident clients first, always!

Cons

I miss my subordinates who have quit or were let go.
