      the only pro was I liked my coworkers.

      Cons

      Terrible pay. Terrible management. Even management doesn’t know what they’re doing. they continue to hire for departments that don’t need help and leave departments that DO need help, DROWNING. When you tell management what you need, they listen and then give it to another team and then ask you why you have so many hours. If I could give zero stars I would.

      Work from home job was nice

      Cons

      Managers/team leads are awful. Unorganized Lack of good training Lack of sympathy for worker Will try to fire you unfairly and lie sayin you stole time when you have not. Micromanagement Even when you’re doing everything right they will still find something to be mad about. Very immature team leads No opportunity to move up Favoritism Refuse to give you your yearly raises, you have to beg and beg for them. Pay sucks. Over worked with no help Unrealistic goals
