      No communication or very little communication from team leaders and managers. Act very cold and rude

      We are very sorry to hear about your experience at HealthMark. We value communication and transparency, and I'm sorry you felt unnoticed and that managers were cold and rude. We value the contributions of ALL employees and strive towards frequent recognition via Stand Ups, All Hands, Teams "Shout Outs", nominations for CRAFT Awards, and more. I also have a ton of respect for our leaders: execs, managers, and team leads. We have some openings for these positions now and will definitely entertain more senior members to help us gain experience, but I do stand behind the people here who add a ton of value and who truly care about their team and HealthMark. All in, I'm sorry it wasn't a stellar experience for you at this time. We wish you all the best!

      Pros

      Operations team was great despite being in different locations. Mid-level managers are great. Ok job if you're just out of college.

      Cons

      They say they promote from within, but any upper level management position always came from outside. Upper management works ridiculously long hours and expects you to do the same. Repetitive work. Really couldn't tell you what I learned/gained from this job. All upper management is white and male with an occasional white female thrown into the mix. Any person of color I ever saw was in an entry level position and at most, mid-level management.

      Pros

      Honestly really everything, I am very happy to be working for a company that is so passionate about it's growth as much as it's own people. The culture here is like nothing anywhere else I've ever worked. The management involvement, and care is also very impressive. I don't think I've ever worked for a company that cared so much about the people who works for them, how everyone interacts, and the growth of the company. I love that it promotes from within, and that there is an opportunity to hopefully make this my career, as I cannot see myself working for anyone else.

      Cons

      PTO and benefits could use some tweaking.
